Initiate Request
Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original protective packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during the transit process.
Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and affix it securely to the exterior of your return parcel.
Quality Inspection
Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the garments for quality assurance before issuing your refund within 5-7 business days.
